The most common booking questions we get are 'How do I get an quote on some items I am interested in?' and 'How do I place a reservation?'.
Both questions are related and covered in our online reservations system. The process is outlined below but fist of all we should mention the following important facts about the online quote/reservation process:

- Following this process and filling out the online quote/reservations form does not commit you to the rental. It is merely part of the process we need to follow to obtain the information we need (contact details, selected rental items, delivery address, event date) so that we check availability and provide you with a full quote
- At no point will you need to enter any credit card information. Payment is upon delivery, there is no deposit, reservation or cancellation fee involved.
- We will not share your information with any 3rd parties. Your privacy is valuable and respected.
- Submitting the online form does not warrant or guarantee your reservation. Assuming requested items are avaialble and the quoted price (including the delivery fee) has been agreed, we still require confirmation fro you to complete your order. Full availability of requested items cannot be guaranteed until such confirmation is obtained.

1. Browse our products and services at your leisure.
The 'Products & Services' left navigation bar (blue) shows the various categories offered and each link takes you to a top level menu page, For example, the 'Water Slides / Wet Fun' menu looks like this:
From here you can access additional information (descriptive text, product dimensions, additional pictures/video) by clicking on each image to get to the individual product page. For example, the '3 in 1 Toddler Moonwalk with Pool' product page looks like this:
Once you have decided which items you are interested in, request an online quote or place a reservation in the next step
2. Access the online quote/reservation form
Once you have decided which item(s) you are interested in, you can move on and request an online quote and/or make a reservation request.
To do this, either click one of the many 'Reserve Today' buttons scattered throughout the category menu pages and individual product pages,

OR click the 'Online Quotes' link on the top navigation panel
Either of these options will take you to the online quote/reservation form
3. Fill out the online quote/reservation form and receive an instant initial estimate*
* this is just a summary of your order and does not confirm availability nor include any potential delivery charge. The final quote (delivered in the next stage via a 2nd email) will address these 2 outstanding issues.

Getting an online quote is the first step (before confirming your reservation) and to do this we require the following pieces of information:
- your contact details
- the date and start/end time of your event
- the location of your event
- the items you are interested in
Once you have entered the information (several fields are mandatory - these are clearly marked), click the Submit button at the bottom of the form:
The form will then be validated (mandatory fields checked and verified).
If an error is detected, the form will be redisplayed with your entries intact and an 'ERROR' marked against the field that needs correcting:
In this case please correct the information and click the 'Submit' button again to have the form re-validated.
Once the form has been successfully validated you will receive the following message and a summary of your entered information:
At this stage the information has not yet been submitted. You will have to scroll to the bottom of the page and choose to either
- make changes to the information entered
- or submit the form to our office
Make your choice then click the 'Next' button:
- "I would like to make changes to my order" - this takes you back one page and allows you to make changes and then resubmit the form again for validation
- "I would like to submit my order" - this sends the information to our office for review in the next step
Following submission of your form, you will receive an email instantly summarising the information you have entered. Please note that Submitting the online form does not warrant or guarantee your reservation. Also the price stated at this stage is only an estimate of the potential final price and does not guarantee availabilty of the items nor include any potential delivery charge. These 2 details will be addressed in the 2nd email you will receive...
4. Receive a final quote and decide whether to follow through and confirm the reservation or cancel altogether
Providing the information requested on the form and submitting it for review allows us to do the following:
- check availability for the event date you have entered
- calculate the distance from our base to your event location, this in turn allows us to calculate the delivery charge (no charge up to 10 miles)
- total up the individual item prices and apply any discounts
- provide you with a final quote
Once we have done the above, you will receive a second email notifying you of the availability of the items and also the final price (including the delivery charge). This email will also contain some pre-requisites which we need verifying (such as the availability of an onsite water source, that there is enough clearance, ... etc) if you decide to continue with the reservation.
At this stage you may (via a phone call or simply responding to the email):
- Notify us of any changes to your order (we will recalculate the final price and continue communication via email or phone messages)
- Respond to confirm acceptence of price and pre-requisities. Doing so in a timely manner will secure your reservation and you will be notified of this shortly after via email.
- Cancel altogether. Remember there are no charges for doing so as you are not committed to the reservation by filling out the form.
And that ends the process!!! It certainly seems long when you write it all down, but we promise it won't take as long to carry out as it took to read the above!
