A: For your convenience, we accept cash, business checks and money orders. Sorry we do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time. [Top]

Q: How far in advance should I make my reservations?
A: Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our inflatables are very popular and sometimes we are booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want. Remember there is no deposit required and no cancellation fees so please book to be on the safe side. [Top]

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A:Yes. All cancellations must be called in the at least the day before your rental.

Here at KingKongPartyRentals we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned day and night to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area.

You can use the Weather Forecast tool here to gauge the weather conditions for your local area.

In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rain checks. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one town but not the town right next to it, and it might only last a few minutes. For this reason WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, this decision is left solely to the customer. Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions regarding our policies.

Customers should call by 5:00 PM the day before their rental to check on their scheduled delivery time. In order for all customers to be delivered on time we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of scheduled rental time. The customer is responsible for notifying the office BEFORE THE DRIVER DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF THEIR RENTAL if they need to cancel the rental. Once the equipment is delivered there is NO REFUND. All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason need to be made BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is delivered early. We ask that the customer be informed of all weather conditions approaching by watching or listening to their local news. If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to the rental location, there will be a trip fee accessed. Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Unlike some other companies we do not require deposits or any advancement payment. This is designed for the convenience of you (our customers). [Top]

Q: What is the policy in case of rain, cold temperatures or high wind?
A:
THE INFLATABLE BOUNCES MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET INSIDE, CURRENTLY RAINING, THE TEMPERATURE IS LESS THAN 45° FAHRENHEIT, OR WHEN WINDS EXCEED 25 MPH! THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY ISSUE! If it starts to rain and the inside of the bouncer gets wet, everyone should exit the bounce, the blower unit should be turned off at the unit, and then unplugged. The bounce unit becomes very slippery and dangerous when wet. Once the rain stops, plug the blower unit back in and turn it on. You can wait for the unit to dry or dry it with towels. Once dry, the bounce should be once again safe to use.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A:
You can call us at (281)-301-5664 or submit a reservation request through our website. If there is no answer, please leave a brief message with your name, number, event date and which unit you are interested in and we will return your call. It is our goal to personally answer every call, but sometimes we cannot. If you leave a message it is our promise that we will call you back within 30 minutes of your call. [Top]

Q: What are your hours?
A:
At KingKongPartyRentals we understand how busy life is during the day, that is why we have long hours, seven days a week to be able to assist you at any time. Our current hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. [Top]

Q: What time do you deliver and pick up the rented items?
A:
You decide on the specific rental time and we will be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up or take down time. Your rental period can be for the majority of the day in the case of early delivery, or typically 6-8 hours. Additional hours and overnight set ups are available for a minimal additional charge. We pick up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick up. If an exact delivery or pick up time is needed, just let us know. Margarita Machines - Answers
Q: How much does it cost to rent a margarita machine?
A: Our most up to date pricing is listed on this website. Pricing includes machine set up, pick up, 1 free bottle of mix concentrate), use of our 5 gallon pre-measured mixing bucket, a cart to place the machine on, cups, and straws. There maybe a $15-$35 delivery charge depending on your location. [Top]

Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: Very easy! We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine. NO ICE NEEDED. [Top]

Q: How many drinks does one batch make?
A: One batch of our margarita mix makes about 80 x 8oz drinks. Since margarita machines are so popular with guests (even if other drinks are offered), we recommend one batch for every 20 guests (thats 4 drinks per guest). [Top]

Q: How long does the first batch take to freeze?
A: We recommend getting the batch started 1 hour before your party starts. For best results, the machine should be kept indoors and out of direct sunlight. [Top]

Q: Who provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A: The customer provides all liquor. Our most popular and highly recommended Margarita with Triple sec mix requires 3.5 liters of tequila (2 x 1.75 liter bottles most commonly found in liquor stores). Most other flavors use two liters of alcohol per batch. [Top]

A: When we deliver your machine, we will need to speak with someone who will be responsible for the operation of the machine and we need the required liquor for the first mix. Moonwalks - Answers
Q: How much room do I need?
A: Approximately a 20' by 20' area should be plenty of room for the majority of our units but you can also check the dimensions posted on each of our individual product pages. The area should be level, free of rocks, sticks, etc. and any in ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not sticking up. The unit must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. The inflatables can also be used indoors. Please specify which surface the inflatable is to be set up on, so that we can provide the appropriate anchors. Please clean and clear the area for the inflatable prior to our arrival time. [Top]

Q: Who sets up the inflatable?
A: We set up the all equipment and take it down when we come to pick it up. This is done to ensure your safety and the preservation of the equipment. Set up time is approximately 30 minutes for single units, more if there are multiple pieces of equipment to be setup. We ask that if you are done with the bounce or slide please DO NOT shut down the blower. The bounce or slide must be inflated before it is taken down so that we can inspect and possibly do a preliminary cleaning of the unit. We ask that if you use the slide as a water slide that you turn off the water and empty the pool one hour before we arrive, but leave the unit inflated, so that it may be dry when we pick it up. This hour will not be included in your rental time. [Top]

Q: How does the inflatable unit stay inflated?
A: We setup the unit and inflate the bounce or slide with a fully enclosed blower motor that must stay on the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used (unless winds exceed 25 mph or it starts to rain, in which case the motor must be shut down). There are no moving parts exposed on the blower unit, which is a very important safety feature when there are children around. The blower unit must be located within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. Q: Can your inflatables be set up indoors?
A: Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside! You will need to have enough ceiling height (about 18-20 feet) to accommodate the inflatable. The inflatable must not be set up to near hot lights, a/c vents, or any fire hazard. Many commercial halls, malls, gyms, etc. will do just fine. [Top]

Q: Can I set up the inflatable near my pool?
A: No. Safety is our number one concern. The bounce or slide must be set up a safe distance from any pool, at least 20 feet. [Top]

Q: Why can't I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself to cut costs?
A: Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up & set up the units, we do not feel that is a safe idea. The owners and trained operators of the company personally set up and pick up every rental. The set up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and they make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation. Also, each unit is rather large and weighs in excess of 200 pounds, so your safety in transport of these items is also our concern. [Top]

Q: How safe are your inflatables?
A: Our inflatables are constructed with quality and safety in mind! All of our units have a safety entrance/exit ramp for the children's protection and safety and emergency exit flaps in the roof. Each unit is constructed of only the very best commercial grade 18 to 21 oz. vinyl, with double and quadruple stitching. All of the materials are fire retardant. The windows of the bounces are made of specially designed mesh netting, which allows for easy viewing and minimizes the chances of getting entangled. We will also supply recommended guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children allowed in the inflatable at any one time. Beware of cheap, unsafe, imitation inflatables! [Top]

Q: How big are the Screens?
A: We have a few options for you depending on what your requirements are. We can start from a big 9 x 12 screen, to a huge 13 x 13 screen all the way up to a massive 18 x 18. You won’t believe your eyes when you see how big it is. [Top]

Q: What do I need to do to set it up?
A: We will deliver and install the equipment for you, but you need to ensure that you have cleared a space big enough for us to set it up. We will also require an electrical outlet to inflate the screen and for any audio/video equipment you wish to use. [Top]
